By continuing with this booking, or by using any Mind Mingle Therapy services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to ALL the policies and terms outlined on our website, which can be accessed via the header of the site. 1. Privacy Policy Mind Mingle Therapy adheres to the UK GDPR. We gather personal details and session notes to deliver expert care/support. Information is stored securely and never shared with third parties. Under English law, you possess the right to view, amend, or delete your personal data. We maintain strict digital safeguards to ensure every client's identity and sensitive history remain protected within our professional therapeutic practice. 2. Terms of Service By engaging with Mind Mingle Therapy, you enter a professional agreement based on integrity and respect. Our therapy is tailored for adult and youth mental health. We retain the authority to cease sessionsn. Users must provide accurate information when utilising our booking systems and therapeutic resources. 3. Cancellation & Rescheduling To maintain service quality, Mind Mingle Therapy requires a minimum of 48 hours notice for changes. Cancellations within 48 hours attract a 50% charge. If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice or fail to attend, the full session fee will be applied. Appointments can be adjusted via your online dashboard. These policies ensure we can offer available slots to points of need and sustain our professional commitment to all clients. 4. Confidentiality Statement Safety and trust are paramount. Dialogues within Mind Mingle Therapy are private. Exceptions occur only if there is a risk of harm to yourself or the public, safeguarding issues or if required by the laws of England and Wales. We strive to involve you in any necessary disclosure process. Professional supervision is conducted anonymously to uphold the highest clinical standards while protecting your identity and personal narrative at all times. 5.
