Coping with Anxiety
Feeling anxious is something many of us face, and while it can be tough, it is often just your body's way of asking for some help. Here at Mind Mingle, we will work with you to find a sense of peace and self-belief.
How it happens
It is just a normal reaction to stress, tucked away in our biology to keep us safe. However, it can sometimes get out of hand, leaving you feeling worried or on edge without any obvious reason for it to be there.
How it figures
It shows up differently for everyone, like a racing mind, poor sleep, or feeling tight in your chest. These are just physical reactions, and together we can find gentle ways to help your body feel calm and relaxed again.
When to reach out
If you notice that worry is getting in the way of your home life, your job, or spent time with friends, it might be helpful to talk. Therapy gives you a safe space to sort through things and get back to being yourself.
